Victoria has a decade of experience advising and representing clients in high-stakes commercial, securities, antitrust and criminal litigation. She has significant experience with cross-border investigations and U.S. regulatory enforcement actions, including representing clients before the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and the Commodities Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).

She also has extensive experience handling complex civil litigation, including class actions and multi-district litigation. Victoria represents clients in various industries, including financial services, cryptocurrency, energy, technology, FinTech, MedTech and pharmaceuticals.
