- Acting for South American private clients in high-value asset-related disputes involving multiple financial institutions.

Tax litigation:
- Conducting administrative proceedings against individuals and corporations regarding tax evasion and tax avoidance.
- Representing a Swiss canton in complex federal tax litigation before the Swiss Federal Tribunal.
- Advising and representing a Swiss canton in direct tax negotiations.
Regulatory and financial market expertise:
- Acting for a fintech company in relation to Swiss financial market regulations and to obtain the necessary regulatory licenses.
- Contributing to the revision and modernization of model contracts and articles of association for use in the Swiss fund industry.
