PROFILE
Eva advises and represents clients in court litigation as well as domestic and international arbitration proceedings under the ICC, DIS, and Swiss Rules. Her experience spans the energy, construction, and pharmaceutical sectors and includes post-M&A and intellectual property disputes.
Before joining 5Gambit Disputes in 2026, Eva worked in the arbitration practice group of a leading disputes firm in Zurich.

- Acting for a U.S. construction company in a dispute with a commercial real estate developer concerning change orders and project delays.
- Acting for a global pharmaceutical company in a multimillion-dollar ICC arbitration arising from a post-acquisition dispute concerning U.S. product liability litigation.
- Acting for a major shareholder in a CHF 200 million arbitration under Swiss Rules arising out of a shareholder agreement.
- Acting for an Asian energy company against a Middle Eastern oil company in an arbitration under Swiss Rules.
- Acting for a major European manufacturer of building materials in a licensing fee dispute.
- Advising a German energy company in relation to a dispute concerning supply obligations.
- Acting as secretary to the sole arbitrator in a Swiss Rules arbitration between two commodity traders arising from a partnership agreement.
