PROFILE
Nina advises and represents clients in commercial disputes before state courts and arbitral tribunals. Her experience covers disputes involving financial services, product distribution, software projects and post-M&A matters, as well as debt enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings.
Before joining 5Gambit Disputes, Nina practiced in the dispute resolution team of a leading commercial law firm in Zurich. She previously served as a law clerk at courts in the Canton of Bern and completed a secondment with the legal department of an international insurance company.
