PROFILE
Anna advises and represents clients in complex commercial disputes before state courts and arbitral tribunals. She has experience in domestic and cross-border disputes across industries including life sciences, financial services and insurance, and technology. Her work also includes regulatory and administrative proceedings.
Before joining 5Gambit Disputes, Anna practiced in the intellectual property and dispute resolution team of a leading commercial law firm in Zurich and previously served as a deputy court clerk at the Commercial Court of the Canton of Aargau, giving her first-hand insight into Swiss commercial court practice.
